Can more colours be added to the 'Color Category' section and potentially instead of there being just the dot of colour, could the whole row in grid view change to the selected colour / have a larger, more visible colour section be included instead?

Currently, to edit a field from the grid view you need to click through the contact, find the field and edit it. It would be far more efficient if all fields could be edited directly in the grid view (as is possible in the 'recruiter' column)

In the Person Panel, have the option to reset back to just the Person's initials or remove the current profile picture without having to upload a new photo.

Allow users to build a workflow for when a search is deleted. For example, send notification to admin when a search is deleted.

It would be great if we could add the reason for Do Not Contact on individuals, just like you can with companies

Instead of Salary slider, update to Base and extend the ending to 3+ million. Users expressed some candidates make more than what our limit shows in the filter.

For those of us who support other recruiters, it would be great to enable a choice of emails from which email blasts can be sent.

I see options for Series stage, VC, IPO etc. but some of my clients are just privately held companies that do not have investors. Can we just add a Private to the company category stage?

Instead of emailing a report, having us click on a link, then download, then open a report, please just have the report open within CW

It would be great to be able to view and manipulate data in the columns with a broader range of options
