Push Email with Candidate Status Update
all internal team receive a push email notification when a client tied to the project updates a candidate's status (they prefer to flip statuses vs. fill in individual notes - too time consuming/won't do it)

People reports - pull certain statuses for ALL open searches

Being able to parse people directly from LinkedIn Recruiter (Variants) would speed up this highly repetitive task which (in light of recent LinkedIn changes) requires users to open the persons' LinkedIn Public Profile before parsing.

colors in grid view for candidates statuses should be the same as the ones on project dashboard (OUT box)
once colors are selected for each status, they should show the same way on the project dashboard in the box where the OUT stats are (i.e not interested...)

Org Chart
Create a way to see a company Org Chart based on the relationship data entered in each person's record. Helps to know who is above/below a person and what the titles are in the organization.
