I would like to see assigned tasks added to the grid view for deals and projects. This will allow me as the owner a birds eye view of what the status and next steps on deals as well as potential candidates

Similar to other comments. 1 week is too long for us. the Time for Event in the Workflow should be far more customizable.

People miss adding data to the system at the right time which affects our KPI/Analytics - it would be great to be able to change the dates/times on notes/project status etc.

The last two CRM's has a specific email that a recruiter could forward an email with Resume and/or Cover Letter attached to and it would create a contact, update a contact, AND automatically import the resume AND parse it to enrich the candidate.
