would love to be able to boolean search in the product. Right now the search feature is not dymanic at all - having to toggle through and then it always defaulting back to "people" is pretty monolithic.
We do have plans for adding more functionality to the search omniboxes which would include NOT, OR, and AND as operands between the search omniboxes in the People view. We are noting the high desire for advanced boolean functionality within the People search options.

a NOT function for searching tags would really help in both research and in maintenance to be able to be sure people are tagged appropriately.
