Add These Entries Under Candidate's Contact Info Tab
1. Add "Language" (my Firm handles Candidates that are multilingual) 2. Add "Male/Female" boxes allowing you to see gender type (this assists with understanding gender statistics)
We have Custom Fields available on People where you can track these fields desires easily. They even come with charting options on the project dashboard so that you can share them with your client. Our apologies for not sharing this earlier as Custom Fields were released in Fall of 2019.
