Listing the assistant's name on the contact tab in the person record is great, but then I have to go and search for the assistant. Enhanced functionality could be created if I could click the name and go to the assistant's record (as I often want to contact that person). It would be similar to how the relationships tab works - when you click a name you go to that person's file.
