We would like to be able to pull the names of all the people that were referred by one of our contacts. When we try to search, it only pulls her name and record and not the people associated with her. It would be nice to be able to pull a list of referrals from a specific person.

Listing the number of referrals across Clockwork would be beneficial. Right now you cannot see this information in Clockwork comprehensively.
You can also look at the Relationships tab of the referring contact to see all of the people they have referred.
