Do you have an export of a list you retrieve from LinkedIn? We do have a person import template that could easily support values from a LinkedIn Export.
If you're thinking in terms of a more direct integration, LinkedIn closed their direct partnership opportunities a long while ago. We continue to inquire with them about future opportunities.

The goal here would be to not have to use contact grabber at all! Export recruiter list from LI -> import to CW
