This would prevent duplicate or irrelevant tags from being created. Admin/Partners will create the necessary tags that Recruiters are required (preferably) or encouraged to use during Project Creation. If not required, there could be a pop-up or message that reminds the User they haven't added any tags. This would make adding tags a natural part of the workflow and prevent or lessen instances of untagged projects.
Tag management has been placed in the Firm Admin area. We will continue to review where else tags can be created and by whom.
