Configure the system to only allow one field to be checked in gender and diversity custom fields. Right now I can select multiple entries and save, making the numbers on the dashboard inaccurate.
Thank you for the feedback. The solution may be found in the type of field that is used for Gender and Diversity. These are custom fields so when they are set up, your administrator can choose a single select or multiple select field type. If they select single select, then only one option from the down is allowed. If they select multiple select, then multiple options can be selected from the drop down.
