DQ'd candidates automatically not visible to clients

Automatically make a candidate NOT visible to a client once they are DQ'ed to eliminate human error

I've found a few times where we DQ a candidate, update the status, change the dropdown color - basically do everything except turn off visibility.

hide DQ'd people on current projects Merged

When working in a project gride view, offer a toggle to "hide" all candidates that were DQ'd so we can focus/view only current candidates not all.
