The ability to 'pin' a note at the top of Notes field. This would make the specified note more prominent. It could be used for general information relating to adding Notes ( what to include, note templates) or specific to an individual contact/candidate record( the user chooses which Note is pinned to the top.
Note templates would be used to improve the quality of Notes that are being captured. They would address what should be included in a specific note type and/or a general outline.

The ability to pin notes is available in the Person and Candidate Panel notes thread. There is even a way to auto pin notes by note type in Firm Settings.
Clockwork Product will be working on Person Record improvements in early Q2 which should bring this functionality to all Person Note Threads.
