When I create a new role (Project) in Clockwork, I like to use the "Position Tab" to add a job description. Compensation and Location. Great details to have on an open requisition.
Under compensation, I notice we have three choices;
Salary (self-explanatory)
Bonus
Equity
Under the bonus option, it does not allow us as recruiters to put in a percentage. i.e., 25% annual bonus, or 20% annual bonus, etc. It only allows a dollar figure.
My second question is:
Under the location tab, it only allows us to select "one location". In today's world with remote employment being a very high likelihood, having the ability to add multiple locations is ideal. As an example, I have clients who say " I want this job to be filled in either Dallas, or Houston, Texas. Or, we want this position to be based out of our Los Angeles or Orlando offices.
The system only allows me to put in one location and not multiple locations.
Thoughts? Is it possible to make the bonus feature allow us to put in a percentage? Can we be allowed to put in multiple locations for a single job requisition?
