Hi, I would like to request that you provide a feature that will show if an email sent to a candidate was opened. It sounds like a lot of systems are providing this feature. Thank you!
To whom it may concern, understanding the effectiveness of emails and of recipients engagement with sent emails through clockwork, should be a default option. I have attached screenshots from our sales CRM Hubspot which present this data to us and also from an external service that they use to engage candidates when we are prospecting, namely a product called Sourcewhale. Sourcewhale is really effective as it provides one with dashboards of the results of multiple campaigns in the effectiveness of each one see attached graphic.
Surely in this day and age this type of data acquisition and dashboarding should be offered as a service.

The Mail Analytics feature released earlier this year provides open, clicked, bounced, and delivered statuses for mails sent from Clockwork!
