Right now if I search for John Doe, suggestions shows up showing each persons name and email address. I believe this is a new feature, but the email address is typically a personal email address and if there are multiple John Doe's, I can't tell which is which unless i remember his email address. Why not suggest with the name and company instead. I believe this would make a lot more sense.
