Currently if you parse a resume into a persons record, it will add all the information to the existing record. If the person already has several positions listed, the parsed resume will create doubles entries for each job. As time goes on and candidates send updated resumes with new jobs, this will become very cumbersome. Parsing a resume should overwrite what is in the positions section of a record, not add to it.
