It is difficult when taking notes on a candidate to not be able to see all of what is being written because the next box is a static size. It would be very helpful if the current/active text box was 2-3x larger when active and truncated when not. That way you can see all of what is being written and not have to scroll up in the text box to see the entire note being taken.
