Concept - from within PROJECT - select Grid view - select all or certain candidates - then select ADD+ and you should be able to select Tags
(you can send email, add a note etc but cant add tags from here)
Useful as all candidates on project likely share same backgrounds and skills so you can tidy tagging

Completely agree - this would be much more elegant that the work around (Searching within specific project and then bulk TAG)
