Report on mass mail for Gridview should show:
A link to a list of contacts who did not receive an email. If possible, this should include any marked undeliverable, too.
This will make sure team members know what emails have gone through and which have not. It's not possible to do that at this point based on the report you only see the number of contacts who did not have an email on their record.
