Especially for internal searches where you are hiring for new employees, it would be great to have projects that only the people involved can see, so that the new hires don't get all the information from their interview process. Our firm has had to remove all info from CW after the new hire joins the company due to this.

You can now "Hide Internally" any project marked as confidential in the Add Project form, or in the Admin view of the Project. By selecting, "Hide Internally" all project details, notes, candidates, and clients will not be viewable by other Firm Users except those added directly to that project as well as any Firm User that has the role of Admin.
