My message to Jack:
Rather than having 50 of the same project duplicated on clockwork - it would make more sense to have a "hide other clients" button on one single sample working project so you can make other users invisible and send the sample out to multiple prospective clients.
The client needs extended access to the dummy project because they are not recruiting for three months and need to log back in as they see fit and feel around.
See Jack's email response:
Hi Charlie,
I just got off my team meeting - apologies for the delay here. Please leverage Clockwork Support (CC'd) via email to get faster answers to your technical product questions moving forward. The Support Team is a great resource and are swift in their replies.
As discussed, you would like to invite prospective clients to a pitch project and/or talent pool, and give them extended access to the same project.
Your concern is that multiple clients from different companies will have access to the project and can see who the other clients are listed on the project.
As you know, there is no current functionality available today to "hide other clients". Nor can you duplicate projects in Clockwork. These are good suggestions for Clockwork's idea portal.
As a workaround, I suggest creating a new project and simply moving the candidates on one pitch/talent pool to another by following these steps. If you are displaying a list of target companies in the pitch and want to replicate the same list in another project, you can leverage tags as seen in these steps.
Temporary workarounds (not suggested for long-term use) could be to edit the clients name / company so that other clients will only see a person's initials for example.
I'm looping in Support for additional recommendations. It would be helpful to know what else you are displaying in this pitch project (e.g. candidate benchmark profiles etc).
Thank you,
Jack
