Under the poisition tab, when you enter in comp for the search (as opposed to individual candidate comp), you can’t put in a percentage, which is how all of our clients talk to us about comp. CW only lets us put in a $$ amount. It would be helpful to have a percent option under the bonus tab in the compensation section.
