Our user group would like added MFA security to access Clockwork provided the setting can be triggered every 30 days and a MFA code is not required when using a 3rd party app like ContactGrabber to import a record.
Our organization does use ContactGrabber for the primary source to import new contacts. When MFA was activated for our organization a user experienced the need to use the authenticator app for each new contact imported. After that experience we requested to have MFA deactivated.
I recommend having the MFA feature tested while importng new contacts using ContactGrabber.
It would also be helpful to have the option to have a single user test MFA while the feature is still under development.
Thank you for being an invested Clockwork User! Are you using the Data Import tool for ContactGrabber? It does not require MFA, while your main Clockwork application does. Using the data import tool should not require a constant re-authentication with MFA code when you have the MFA settings on for your firm.
