More narrowly, we should have the option of sending out an email to employees with specific titles (aka Partner, Manager, Principle, etc) and not everyone tagged to a project.
It would be beneficial because we are implementing an internal reward system for individuals working on projects that get closed, and it would be useful for a reminder to be sent to the manager of the project each time a project closes.
