Our firm follows up with placed candidates every quarter for one year after closing a search to check in on how things are going. This tickle date is manually entered in a Google calendar currently for each placed candidate. Having a quarterly reminder workflow for placed candidates would be great but currently, the time for event options only go up to 1 month.
