We have searches that require different things at different stages. For example, one search requires an NDA at start of interviewing while our other searches do not have this requirement. Sometimes the workflow is only meant for one project, not for all projects.

Actually even if this feature was accepted and implemented, the workflows would still not be viable for our org as the automated prompts are pre-designed with no option to add in customized language or notes.
We would still need a customizable field that will allow us to enter “NDA Needed?” or “6 Month Placement Check In” so we can signify what the workflow is about.
Otherwise, it’ll just say a generic “Do you want to send an email?” at 6 months.
