Pop-up search results, including project and people records, are 2-dimensional, which makes it difficult to select the proper result.
E.g. selecting the proper Project to associate to a person/candidate record is confusing if the same search (by title and company) has been conducted before.
E.g. selecting the proper Source when adding a new deal only shows first and last names of person records - no other identifiers like their company.
