Ability to select which project recipients receive notifications (only three options currently Team, recruiter & focused user)
Ability to add in customizable language to the notification (i.e., status changed to Interviewing, please obtain signed NDA)

Customization would be a huge add - for example, once the finalist candidate is moved to Placed status, our goal is to have the project team disengage any "runner up" candidates and also move them to Released status, rather than them sitting at Finalist or Candidate status indefinitely. We would like to know if there's a way to send a reminder via the system? through In App Alert, Mail Alert, and/or Desktop alert.
