It would be great if we could more easily see, access and edit Overview and Assessment notes from the grid view since that is where we spend a lot of time managing candidates in the search pipeline. having to open each candidate's panel and go to notes and sift through the note list to see these crucial reporting notes is laborious, it would be helpful to see quickly which ones need updates on certain notes and which ones don't. Going to the status report view is one way of doing that but you still need to open the panel up to interact with the notes.
