It would be great if you could keep the notes tab closed on candidate profiles until they're opened. They cover half the profile page and when going through various candidates, it's extremely irritating and time consuming to have to always close this tab. I realise this may not be everyone's preference, so perhaps you could have the option to customise your preference to have them open or closed, similar to how you can reorganise the boxes on a profile.
