When creating a new note, it would be helfpul to have a set firm wide default specific note type. Rather than have the note type be empty each time we create one, it could be the default type and then we can change it accordingly. The biggest issue is accidentally creating notes without any note type whatsoever. (I like this solution less, but perhaps just not being able to save the note until it has a note type would fix this same issue?)
