The new Project Code field isn't searchable, so I don't understand the value of it. If a candidate inquires about a role by Project ID, how do we look it up? We could assign our own number using the External Ref field, which is searchable, but having both fields on screen is confusing - 2 unique identifiers. Can you provide the ability to hide Project ID, or make it searchable?

We need the Project ID code for accounting purposes as the new UUID took away our four digit code. Understanding this not searchable, would like it to be so, but we needed this code to assign invoicing.
