You should be able to arrange the Statuses just like your able to arrange the categories. You should also be able to sort by alpha so that when using the pull down in the Grid View that it is arranged in the order you want. Currently when adding your own statuses, the most recent added shows up at the tip of the list. Ultimately, need to be able to arrange statuses and be able to sort by alpha so that you can format the way the show up in the pulldown in grid view or elsewhere.

Thank you for being an invested Clockwork User! Statuses are configurable in the Firm Settings section of the application. We do not sort by alphabetical order by default because it normally does not align with the progress of the Search. Statuses are ordered by their relationship to the progression through the search, from Research to Placement.
If your preference is to have them in alphabetical order, you can drag and drop them to alpha order in Firm Settings.
