Currently, internal projects created show a candidate included in that internal project with a "briefcase", ie, active on a current project. Showing a candidate as active means it is assumed someone may be reaching out, requiring us to click and check to see.
However, we often want to have a grouping of candidates (outside of tags) in a project, but we will not be contacting them for that internal project, so they should NOT have a briefcase as they are not being approached.
this would be EXTREMELY useful, I had a prior company's CRM tool, so please consider!
