Re-order phone and email type drop down choices

Email drop down choices should be ordered by most used (instead of alphabetical) to prohibit extra searching/scrolling. Suggested order: work, personal, other, assistant, archived/old, inaccurate/bad.

Phone drop down choices - same comment. Suggestion: mobile, work, home, other, assistant, fax, inaccurate/bad.

When adding a phone number for the first time to a person record, default the type of phone to cell Merged

Most candidates give us their cell phones as a way to contact them. It would make sense for the initial phone number entered into a persons record to default automatically to cell. It currently defaults to work.

Make the mobile number indication the default. Merged

Wondering if you would consider making the mobile number indication the default. Most every candidate provide a mobile number, not work or phone. When mobile is not the default, you have to change it every time.

Jared Todd with Kindred Partners. How do we go about changing our default phone number entry from "work" to "mobile"? Would save a lot of us entering mobile numbers as work.

Default phone to Mobile rather than Work Merged

Could the default under phone number field be mobile rather than work? The mobile is the standard phone number we use and saves an extra step, cause of error when multiple numbers are listed.
