It would be helpful to be able to set permissions/user-specific visibility for Notes. Feedback on an individual's candidacy can be sensitive in nature. It's helpful to record this information, but because Notes are open we avoid putting too much detail in because of that sensitivity. Having the ability to lock down a Note to staff Only - or specific users - would allow us to put more sensitive data in regarding decisions while eliminating the risk of someone who isn't supposed to see that information accessing it.
