When a user turns on the compliance cadence emails, it will only turn off for a candidate if they respond to the request for info. But sometimes a candidate will become a client without responding to the emails. Which puts the user in a tough situation because they now have a client receiving emails as if they were a candidate. The user doesn't want to turn off the cadence for all candidates but rather have the ability to remove certain people from a cadence for special occassions like this one (candidate becomes a client)
