A typical use case for workflows is to trigger a notification when candidates are "rotting". For example, a candidate has been in the "qualifying stage" for 4+ weeks - trigger an alert about this. The problem currently is that this also looks at "closed" projects. I propose that we allow workflows to be pointed towards certain project statuses.
