Ability to customize Interest Form fields for applicants
Please add customization options for Interest Forms, ie: the option to collect desired compensation or other details in addition to the standard fields from applicants.
For search firms and recruiters who utilize interest forms, the ability to capture (at a minimum) compensation expectations (even as an optional field), along with a couple additional key fields feels like table stakes to me. While utilizing Hubspot as a means to automate replies to applicants (as one fellow CW user has suggested) may feel efficient, it certainly comes with an additional expense and duplicates candidate data storage across two systems. In lieu of expanding the candidate experience, partnerships with 3rd parties who could help automate these needs and bring the data back to CW would be a fantastic option as well. The candidate portal, although a nice thing to have, is not built for job specific inquiries and also requires layers of login, reducing candidate ease.
