I want to be able to give clients access to desired compensation collected for each candidate in a project. We currently use a custom field which works, but the multiple selection is time consuming and challenging to be accurate (versus list ranges). If we had a standard field like we do with "compensation" we could report on an exact number OR a range, whatever is entered into the field.
In our use case, this has proven to be extremely valuable in our consultation and superior to any research on current compensation. It gives a next level view of the targeted talent and shows valuable min/max/median data for what it takes to recruit the talent that matches the client's ideals for the initiative.
