We have a Candidate Panel that slides open on the screen when a Candidate is clicked on from the new Gridview. The User can click on the expand button on this panel to view the Candidate on the full screen (expanded view).
Chasm Partners mentions that it would be a good idea to have a way of jumping to the full screen view with a single click from the Gridview.
