When a user turns on the compliance cadence emails, it will only turn off for a candidate if they respond to the request for info. But sometimes a candidate will become a client without responding to the emails. Which puts the user in a tough situ...

Possibility to map colours to statuses, say interview automatically jumps on green, reject on red etc.

Ability to sort status types (just like it's possible with note types) would help have your most used statuses at the top instead of scrolling

When I add someone to a project in candidate view, I have to scroll to the bottom of what is sometimes a 15 project list to find where I added them to change their status or color. It would be helpful if it would automatically move them to the top...
