When working with clients it is easier to say go to candidate number X rather than have them hunt by name . This is especially important if we are on grid veiw or candidate view where all of the candidates are numbered.

It reduced the clicking to adding new projects. Additionally, on the actual projects tab, you should just add a NEW project button to the landing page rather than nest it under the "..."

The Job Description card is sometimes longer than the ckeditor and a lot of scrolling may be involved, so an expand button like we have for the Document card in the person panel would be helpful.
