It would be nice if there was an option to have candidates automatically be re-ranked based on their status in the search. For example, have the ones that are disqualified at the bottom of the list and the finalist candidates at the front.

Contact Grabber for Companies in LinkedIn just like for people. Populate data in the companies so it's a little more robust.
