In the people view you can update their files eg. location, gender etcIt would be good if we could do this on a project basis as well, in the grid view

It would be helpful to customize categories. At the moment users can only customize industries, but the categories could be more inclusive

We may be using marketing campaigns and would only send marketing information to work emails. When exporting candidate data to excel, there is no option to select which email to export into a list.
