I use pre-set email templates. When I add it to a list, I have to delete the "Hi %FNAME" each time. No need for that saluation which is not the one I would use any way.

When you click the "send to client" box in notes, that notes is sent to the clients on the search. Can a separate note be added to that contact that the note was sent to the client? or track somewhere else so we know it was done?
