We would like to be able to pull the names of all the people that were referred by one of our contacts. When we try to search, it only pulls her name and record and not the people associated with her. It would be nice to be able to pull a list of ...

If there was a dropdown box for Project Status (for which you could set a default - such as Active) beside the Add to Project dropdown box, this would speed up the highly repetitive step of adding projects to a person.

(it is alpha now but would be nice to be able to put the heaviest users at teh top to avoid the scroll down). Being able to type in the first letters of the name would be good too like with tags

If you do this you do not have to scroll down wasting time.

It would make the report look cleaner to have the placeholders not showing if a Logo is not being used.

A summary for each candidate status visible in the dashboard. Currently to see this you need to download all candidate info into xls.

Single resume upload opening the person panel once the upload is complete. Instead of having to refresh the page and click on the person's name to see the uploaded information.

Automatically grab contact details from email when received - e.g., phone numbers, alternate emails, etc.

In some of the previous databases we have used, there is a feature that shows the last 20 or 30 candidates whose records I have accessed. It's a great feature that allows users to quickly access a recent candidate.

We should be able to change the default candidate status from Research to something else. We often add candidates as we are reaching out to them so we end up changing the status with each candidate either added to CW or added to a search.
