Research Criteria per user, incase they have different opinions on the candidate before rating.

The "In Process" card in Project Dashboard shows the different categories in shades of PURPLE. It should have different colors.

Add a overview or assessment note type option so a team member can see that note in the grid, instead of selecting the candidate and going inside of their note section.
