There is no way to make search "Amazon' and find everyone who has the an amazon entry on their position history. It should be easier to type "amazon' and multi-select all "Amazon" entries and perhaps also the companies listed under the relationship tab without losing the ability to search for the separate Amazon entries or relationships individually.
