We have added the ability for Firm Admin and Partners to configure Deal Status values. Deal States remain the same -- Won, Lost, Passed, and On Hold. For the purposes of using the Deals Win-Loss report and accurately accounting for Canceled deals, we recommend users mark those deals as Passed and possibly consider adding a custom status to give additional context.
